Fifa 21 review

The next installment of the most popular game - Fifa 21

During the press demo, it was very common for players to accidentally hijack the ball or touch the ball to cut the opponent's pass. This is a derivative of the improvement of the artificial intelligence defense system, which this time is much better defensive and does not let the ball pass by. FIFA 21 will be the last installment of the series, which will appear on the market before the market debut of the new generation consoles, i.e. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

As we have already mentioned, there are really many changes, but among the modifications that affect the gameplay in a slightly more obvious way , it is worth mentioning, for example, the Agile Dribbling system. It allows for quick, fairly precise dribbling close to the ball - for example, repeatedly tossing the ball from left to right while standing. Perform the trick by holding R1 / RB and moving the left stick. In the Fifa 21 PlayStation 4 and Fifa 21 Xbox One edition, will take advantage of all the technological solutions introduced by the next-genes. So we can expect ray tracing support or better sound, which will allow you to experience football emotions even better from the couch perspective. Of course, greater computing power will translate into better quality textures and animations, but we can also expect a much better presentation of stadiums and players.

This is the path that EA Sports has been following for several years and it is absolutely understandable - it is football stars that are turned into the eyes of players. It can therefore be assumed that the creators will decide to recreate the models of other famous players, as well as their recognizable elements, such as tattoos, gestures or facial expressions, with photographic accuracy. There will also be new celebrations, which, however, is already standard in the case of new installments of the series. FIFA 21 is hard not to get the impression that this is a game only for fans of the series who will feel even these seemingly small changes. I am far from the common statement that each successive installment of the series is only "updated lineups and cutting coupons", but it must be said clearly that the new part does not introduce any revolution in the basic assumptions of the game, and the creators once again focus on slow evolution and polish your product in small steps.

Many players also expect the licensing moves. These, however, will be difficult, because EA Sports has in its portfolio practically all the most important competitions, leagues and stadiums. However, concerns about the loss of rights to use the names of individual teams or arenas to Konami and the Pro Evolution Soccer series are much more often expressed. Certainly no FIFA fan would like a repeat of last year's editions, when instead of Juventus Turin, the Piemonte Calcio team was included in the list of available teams, and the name of the Barcelona stadium - Camp Nou.
